Order Delivered

S h i p p i n g  P r o c e s s​

  • Once your order have successfully placed, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email and SMS.

  •  After your order is verified, you can expect to receive your order within the following time frame:

  • In Metro areas: 1 - 6 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

  • In Non-Metro areas: 3 - 10 working days (except Sunday and holidays)

Domestic Shipping

  • All orders ship from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We do our best to ship all orders within 3 business days. High peak times and holidays may cause longer processing times. All orders within the Penensular Malaysia are shipped via POS LAJU Priority mail. International orders are shipped via EMS First Class mail. International customers may select EMS priority mail option for faster shipping.

International Shipping

  • We regret to inform you that we are unable to schedule deliveries. However, you may coordinate with our courier partner once the item is “Shipped” to schedule according to your preference.

  • Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

 

D e l i v e r y   S p e e d   U p 

  • Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. The delivery arrival time for your order depends on the seller you have ordered from. Please refer to the promised delivery date provided when your order was confirmed.
