***Kindly  note, due to the current high volume of orders associated with our recent launch and the Holiday season, our processing time for shipments is 7-10 business days. We are working hard to get back to our 3 business day processing time anticipated.

All orders are shipped from KL Malaysia. We do our best to deliver all orders within 3 business days. High peak times and holidays may cause longer processing times. All orders within the Penensular Malaysia are shipped via POS LAJU Priority mail. International orders are shipped via EMS First Class mail. International customers may select EMS priority mail option for faster shipping.

If you receive a defective item, contact info.bay.are@gmail.com with a picture of the defect and we will send a return shipping label and exchange the product for you. - Satisfaction guaranteed.
